“Write it down. Get it out of your head…” At minute 8:05 is step #2! Have you ever heard of a brain dump? If you haven’t you will want to start now! I share why it’s extremely important to get things out of your head and on to paper. We are busy entrepreneurs and it’s hard to remember everything we think or say throughout the day. I talk about the things I use to do this that really keeps me organized and focused!
“I set alarms for everything…” At 11:27 I am talking about step #3 which is using reminders and alarms. It’s amazing what a simple reminder or a customized alarm can get you out of bed and start working. This is not only to wake up but for any part of your day!
“Be the person you want to be…” At minute 17:02 is step #4 where I want you to find an accountability partner. Having someone in your life that you can share your goals and what you learned with, will make it easier for you to actually do things and not just talk about them.
“You cant have an all or nothing mindset…” At 20:45 I talk about how important it is to always keep a positive mindset. I’m giving you tips on how you can utilize your time no matter how much or how little you have during the day!
